I started and ran my own printing and graphic design company in Chelmsford for almost 40 years until I sold it 2019. My 20+ full time employees were all taken on by the acquiring company. I am currently invested in a couple of commercial properties (fully let) and also serviced accommodation flats and apartments. Currently developing a sea front house in Felixstowe that will create two 2 bedroom self contained apartments as well as a 4 bedroom upper floor apartment for my own occupation.
