Professional background

I am an active private investor across industries / geographies with a portfolio of private and public equity, debt and real estate. I am a MD in a major investment bank with circa 20 years experience of equity capital raisings for global companies.

I am London based now but at various times have lived/worked in NY, Hong Kong, Sydney and Dubai and advised companies in those geographies on capital raisings / listings. Therefore have a global perspective. Prior to my investment banking career I read Chemistry at Oxford and also completed a PhD at Oxford in Organic Chemistry. I therefore have a strong understanding of scientific / technology issues. My strengths are providing objective advice, a wide network of friends with legal / accounting / marketing and scientific backgrounds, access to capital, and total integrety.
