Having left the Welsh Guards in 2007, I dabbled in the building management arena and sales and marketing fields, but none of these gave me the 'buzz' I longed for and that I had enjoyed in HM Armed Forces. I joined MPS Ltd as a recruitment consultant in 2016. I work within the industrial division of the business supplying business throughout South Wales with semi skilled and skilled labour.
