I am an experienced senior executive who has created significant value growing and leading the global Financial Services practice of an innovation and transformation consultancy. Having started my early career as a Civil Engineer, I moved to consulting where I had a full and highly successful career supporting clients in both the public and private sectors to shape and deliver their most challenging transformations. For the last ten years I have focused almost exclusively in the Financial Services sector where he has advised widely across the industry, spanning challenger banks and start-ups, tier 1 banks, regulators, exchanges, payment providers and central banks. I am highly experienced in growth strategies and delivering large transformations in response to industry challenge and discontinuities. My ability to advise, coach and support executive teams and to build and get the best from multi-disciplined diverse teams is a particular strength, drawing on my established people skills, commercial acumen and risk management skills. As a successful business leader, I am able to identify and exploit emerging market opportunities through development of strong market propositions, talent selection and development, focused account management and delivery.
