Experienced in M&A as a corporate purchaser, private equity investor and corporate finance advisor. Founding Director of a company that provides a combination of corporate and strategic advisory services together with extensive international hands on operational experience to bear to help SME's in the South East manage change. Co-founder and Group Chief Operating Officer of a company, which was floated on AIM in December 2011, by merging two sports businesses in the USA. Subsequently, acquired a further US baseball agency in 2012 and a Australian sports marketing business in 2015.
