Bath, United Kingdom
£0 - £100,000
I started a restaurant 11 years ago in Africa while stationed there. I enjoyed the experience so much that when I returned home, I incorporated and began restoring a 100 year old hotel where I would always find my favourite dishes being served.
I have always been highly self-motivated, and am willing to challenge the odds.
