I have worked at Dunelm for the past 8 years holding roles including Commercial Finance Director, Insight & Analytics Director and for the past two years I have been running Dunelm.com (£0.5bn+ home and furniture e-commerce). Before that, I spent around 7 years in various roles in the Caudwell Group (which included Phones4U). In my 'spare' time I co-founded a small eCommerce operation with around £1.5m revenue, which my wife now runs.
