I’m an operator turned investor with 17+ years of global leadership experience building and scaling manufacturing, supply chain, and consumer product companies across North America, Europe, and Australia. My career began on the Navy flight deck, where I learned that honor, courage, and commitment are more than values—they’re the foundation of trust and execution under pressure.

Since then, I’ve led multi-site operations with $130M+ P&L oversight, directed M&A integrations and greenfield expansions, and guided organizations through periods of rapid growth, transformation, and change. As Vice President of Operations at Rogue Ales & Spirits, I streamlined supply chains, reduced costs while strengthening culture, and implemented ERP/MRP systems to enable data-driven decision-making. Earlier, as Group Brewmaster at BrewDog, I oversaw international expansion and operational scaling across four continents.

As an investor, I bring the same builder’s mindset.
