I currently work for a private HeadCo engaged in M&A activity. We set overall strategy for our subsidiaries, as well as assisting with professionalisation, driving growth and other taks beneficial to the portfolio businesses. Prior to this I worked in investment sales and financial services.
My areas of expertise would be sales and finance. The former is surprisingly an area which many SMEs, particularly owner-operated ones are quite lacking.
