I am a highly driven and motivated Senior Manager with over 10 years’ experience in Operations & New Business Development, which includes experience in bringing new products to market as well managing the various teams involved, in order to ensure sales and customer service targets are exceeded.

Following 7 years of operating a successful import / export agency in South Africa, we sold the company and I decided to pursue an MBA in the UK in order to enhance my skill set and facilitate a move to the UK business environment.

With an entrepreneurial mindset, I am experienced in developing strategy for various facets of a business including sales, marketing, production and distribution - but my core strength lies in the ability to effectively implement these strategies, and understanding when to adjust strategy to account for changes in the micro / macro business environment, to ensure all business units remain aligned to the overall business objectives.
