Professional background

I was a career banker and worked my way from cashiering in a branch to working with Small Business Development then leading and developing large teams in a Senior Management position from which I took early retirement in 2007. During my career I gained an MBA and had the opportunity of attending Harvard Business School where I completed cohorts in Leadership and Marketing. Later in 2007 I set up a Consultancy Business working in Financial Services and successfully worked in Europe as well as the UK.

In 2010 I added to my skills by completing a coaching qualification under the banner of the International Coaching Federation which has worked well in tandem with my previous qualifications. I am looking for a new challenge and believe that I can add value to a small business not only by my investment but by working in an advisory capacity bringing to bear my business experience.
