I have over 25 years of experience in delivering software solutions. Most recently I have been closely involved with financial software specialists Cassini Systems & Congruity. I was a founder of Allustra in 2001, a boutique software house specialising in collateral management solutions. In September 2008 Allustra was acquired by Omgeo, a JV between DTCC and Thomson Reuters. As Managing Director and Executive Team member I spearheaded the business for 12 years. Prior to forming Allustra, I worked for Prime Finance Solutions as a Senior Manager, UBS Warburg as a key member of the Securities Finance IT team and for Sybase Professional Services.
