Professional background

I have been a corporate/commercial lawyer since 1998, and have lived and worked in France, Germany, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and UK. I currently have legal and compliance oversight over 25 countries across EME on behalf of the world's largest food service provider. My sector experience as the in-house Head of Legal covers agri, subsea telecoms, and consumer goods. In addition to my legal career I spent 3.5 years as a corporate finance advisor, and I was also an army officer. I hold a distinction in an International MBA.

I have the unique experience of having advised and/or executed M&A deals as an external lawyer, an internal lawyer, a corporate finance advisor, and as a management team member selling a business. I am also well placed to support international expansion given my current remit and connections across 25 EME countries.
